Many of us have experienced buyer’s remorse at some point in time. Steinhafels, a Milwaukee-area furniture store, has a statement on their delivery trucks that will let you rest easier. With Steinhafels, “You can’t make a mistake.”

Steinhafels offers you a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you aren’t happy with your furniture purchase, return it in 30 days. If you purchase a mattress, they offer a 120-night sleep guarantee. If after 120 days, you feel the mattress is not comfortable, you can exchange it. Finally, they offer a low-price guarantee. If you find the same item for a better price at another store, they will credit the difference plus 10% or it’s free.

Those are some solid guarantees. They eliminate the obstacle of wondering if you are getting value for your money. Since you know they will exchange it, you feel more comfortable buying and trying it. It lets you know that they stand behind their products. 

Wouldn’t it be great if every brand offered a happiness guarantee? The challenge is that some people will take advantage of the offer. Some companies don’t offer a guarantee for this reason. Perhaps Steinhafels offers these guarantees because they are a Midwest company with Midwest values, or maybe they just feel it is a good brand proposition.
